Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

SkillForge is a marketplace for AI agent skills and MCP servers. Users can browse, install, and purchase skills. Creators can publish and sell skills on the platform.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid GitHub account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Purchases & Payments

  • All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.
  • Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes (tax-inclusive pricing).
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Seller Terms & Revenue

  • Revenue share: Sellers receive 80% of each sale. SkillForge retains 20% as a platform fee.
  • Minimum payout: $50 USD. Earnings below this threshold are carried over to the next payout cycle.
  • Payout schedule: Monthly, processed on the 15th of each month for the previous calendar month.
  • Payout method: PayPal or bank transfer. Sellers must provide valid payout details in their seller dashboard.
  • Tax responsibility: Sellers are responsible for reporting income in their jurisdiction. SkillForge does not withhold taxes on seller payouts.

5. Seller Obligations

  • Skills must not contain malware, backdoors, or malicious code.
  • Skills must not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
  • Sellers must provide accurate descriptions of their skills.
  • SkillForge reserves the right to remove skills that violate these terms.

6. Prohibited Content

Skills containing the following are prohibited: malware or malicious code, stolen intellectual property, misleading descriptions, content that violates applicable laws, or prompt injection attacks.

7. Limitation of Liability

SkillForge is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of skills published on the platform. Users install skills at their own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
